Identified Talent Solutions ran as a full service recruitment firm working with many Fortune 500 companies. It saw rapid success from its inception and was named one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Orange County Business Journal and listed on the "Inc. 500" by Inc. Magazine as part of its annual list of "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies." In 2017, Identified Talent Solution acquired a regional healthcare recruiting firm which doubled the company's size. In 2019, Paul David sold off many of Identified's larger market clientele to refocus the company to specialize in supporting small to mid-sized companies. It was an unprecedented decision but Paul's entrepreneurial and corporate recruitment background was the perfect expertise to help small and mid-sized companies effectively implement and operationalize their recruitment strategies. In 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Paul felt incredibly discouraged that many of his colleagues and friends were losing their jobs. Unable to help these individuals find opportunities he turned to his entrepreneurial side and started a mentorship program to help individuals create their own opportunities by starting their own recruitment firm. The mentorship program started with two members and within a year it had rapidly grown to over thirty members. Within the same year the members collectively produced nearly one million dollars in revenue. In 2021, to help continue his member's business expansion, Paul added back office services and solutions to Identified's offerings. The service is available to independent and boutique staffing professionals.
