L'école comestible aims to integrate edible education into the fabric of the school and academic experience by making schoolyards greener and children more aware of nature's diversity from the soil to the plate, while improving their eating habits and their relationship with food, produces and producers. Our actions are based on culinary and gardening classes, sensory discoveries, all the way to the canteens.
