MACC protects wetlands, open space, and biological diversity through education and advocacy and support of local Conservation Commissions throughout Massachusetts. MACC advocates for strong science-based laws, regulations, and policies.MACC's Annual Environmental Conference is the largest annual environmental conference in New England, with 800-1,000 attendees each year. The Conference includes 24-27 workshops and trainings, 40-50 exhibits, a keynote speaker, publications, and president's receptionMACC offers specialized education programs, including Fundamentals for Conservation Commissioners, workshops, and one-topic conferences.
