Staff personnel must complete a StaffCo sponsored seven-week study program and successfully pass a 150 question, four-hour examination administered by the National Association of Personnel Services to receive the CTS designation. The CTS designation ensures our staff is knowledgeable about federal employment laws and regulations as well as industry professional and ethical standards.
