Our vision is to launch church-planting movements throughout North America! Our end game is not to create one monolithic church-planting entity that controls or guides church planting in various regions… but to launch multiple networks that voluntarily collaborate and partner to launch churches in their own regions. Our leader care is our "secrete sauce" which includes these five ingredients:• Coaching: the art of ministry with close attention to the project and key deliverables• Mentoring: the heart of ministry with close attention to the leader and the family• Training: the wisdom of ministry with close attention to leadership & entrepreneurial skills• Community: the personal touch with close attention to the leader's spiritual formation and a sense of belonging to the Nexus family•Accountability: the ministry community paying close attention to biblical leadership in communityWe walk with our family of church planters through a 4 phase process of;Look: Discern, connect with partner networks, and recruit church planters that are calledLab: Assessment and training to confirm and prepare our family of church planters to hit the ground running in their community they are calledLaunch: Coach/Mentor, provide Management Team oversight, and help launch the new churchRe-Launch: provide on-going leader care and support the multiplication of disciples and church plantingNexus plants churches that are independent Christian Churches dedicated to the restoration of the New Testament Church in its ordinances, its faith and its life, in the historic line of the Restoration Movement of the Thomas and Alexander Campbell tradition. We focus on the great commission of the Lord Jesus Christ as revealed in the New Testament of the Word of God (Matthew 28:18-20). We will provide opportunity for Christian people to continue steadfastly in the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayers (Acts 2:42), and prepare them for works of service (Eph. 4:12).
