About Us:Bruen Design Build Inc. is a mid-sized remodeling firm specializing in the design and building of higher-end additions, kitchens, baths, and other fine home improvements. We enjoy a diverse client base and do projects ranging from historical restorations to large residential additions. We have also designed and built music rooms, porches, sunrooms, 2nd floor laundry rooms, paneled libraries, wine cellars, and much more. We are intimately familiar with the building permit process and applicable codes.We prefer a collaborative approach where we help you develop your project scope and then create with you a high-value design and cost estimates. We'll get structural engineering and permitting in order and then project manage from start to completion.We also consult with owners who have had work done without proper or complete permitting to help resolve outstanding issues, oftentimes reducing or eliminating fines in the process.
