Advancing Latinas into Leadership (ALL) Mentoring Program is designed to help young high school Latinas with leadership, college preparedness, self-empowerment, and professional development. It is a ten-month program, where our hermanitas meet for either group or 1:1 mentorship. ALL mentors are successful Latinas who work for the government, private sector, or non-profit who want to make a difference in a young girl's life. Our mission is to empower the next generation of Latinas to be the representation of our society. We are located in Sacramento, CA and the Greater Washington, D.C. area.
