EL OSO S.A.de C.V. is a Mexican company founded on January 6th, 1922 by Mr. Prisciliano Pérez Buenrostro. From Jalpan, Queretaro, he arrived to Mexico City end of XX century. Mr. Pérez was a popular photographer who was lucky enough to presence the arrival of the first polar bear to Chapultepec National Zoo.
