At Morph our main objective is to help companies acclimate new employees to the city. We understand that moving to a new city can be hard, overwhelming, and sometimes a little scary; Morph wants to change that. Our goal is to help new residents make the city feel like home by personalizing the city to their lifestyle. So often, companies give their new employees the same run-of-the-mill introduction to a city. At Morph, we understand that all individuals have unique interests, and we are here to celebrate those interests. Each individual is assigned a personal Morph Local Expert (MLE)—essentially that first friend you meet that knows where everything is located and what's going on around town. We assess the different aspects of the individual and figure out how we can help make Huntsville home for them; everything from helping them discover their place in the community to helping them locate doctor's offices, real estate agents, or daycares.
