Our proactive approach to coffee production sustainability on both the economic and environmental level has helped us continually expand our local operations as well as our wholesale capabilities.Head Roaster Dr. Hans' unique approach to coffee sustainability has led to HGCC supporting various research partnerships with local universities and colleges, all with the ambitious goal of creating a carbon-neutral coffee operation.
