Our first office, located in Atlanta, Georgia, has been continuously owned and operated for the past 30 years by David Humphreys, the founder, President and CEO of EQUITAX. We have been engaged as an Independent Contractor by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and by the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") to negotiate and minimize property taxes and to abate penalty and interest charges on thousands of properties throughout the United States.
