Founded in 2001, ECM is a full service (electrical, low voltage and alarm systems) contracting company serving multifamily builders across the southeastern United States. We have completed over 10,000 units ranging from garden style and high density apartments, to occasionally some condominiums, student housing and senior residences. ECM provides assistance early on at the design stage to ensure that customers' needs are met and that construction takes place in the most efficient way.
