The Farmworker Coordinating Council of Palm Beach County, Inc (FWCC) is a non-profit, nongovernmental, community-based organization dedicated to promoting self-sufficiency and improving the quality of life of migrant and seasonal farm workers through culturally and linguistically specific education, advocacy, and access to services. The FWCC was incorporated in 1978 for the purpose of assisting farm workers to access social and human programs or services which, for a variety of reasons, they had traditionally been unable to particiapte in. The agency's motto is: "SERVING THOSE WHO HARVEST AMERICA".
