Cahaba Pain and Spine Care provides comprehensive pain care to patients in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area. Our mission is improving the quality of life and improving the level of function of our patients. Dr. Brian Thoma and Dr. Wade Martin, our board-certified physicians, deliver compassionate, effective and high-quality care in an innovative environment. Our treatment plans are individually tailored and minimally invasive, and may include interventional procedures such as radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, epidural steroid injection, kyphoplasty, or botox injection, or non-interventional therapies such as medication management, physical therapy, or appropriate referrals.
