We have a UK-first sourcing policy which means the majority of our produce is British, including fresh vegetables, meat, fish and dairy, with the remainder largely comprising produce which can't be sourced from the UK. In January 2021 we unveiled a major refresh of our plant-based nutritious range, Plantilicious, rolling out across hundreds of locations in the UK. Catering to the growing numbers of ‘flexitarians' in the UK, the innovative dishes outperform their meat counterparts on fibre, saturated fat and protein.
