In 2006, Carmen opened an office in Panama and formed partnerships in several nations across Latin America, Canada, Europe and the Middle East in response to the second home market boom across the region. Colfax managed sales and marketing for several projects in Panama with over $200,000,000 in sell out. In 2010, Colfax Realty Group's Chicago and Evanston locations started an exciting new chapter in their company's evolution by entering into a partnership with @ Properties, Chicago's leading real estate brokerage.
