The Company was founded in 2010 by television/film producer Charlie Ebersol and Mike Lanigan. The Company creates, packages and produces groundbreaking programming in the unscripted, scripted, multi-camera comedy, docu-series, and competition formats. The Company's programming slate spans a dynamic range of leading broadcast and cable networks, and includes major partnerships with top-tier entertainment brands.The Company was founded with Lanco, which includes Mi-Jack Products – a diverse group of companies specializing in many disciplines ranging from heavy equipment manufacturing to sales and service, facility operations to event promotions, and integrated technologies to equipment distribution. Mi-Jack Products diversified into international businesses in 1998 when they began a joint venture to rebuild and operate The New Panama Canal Railroad. The revitalization project created a link between the Pacific and Atlantic ports, as well as improved commuter and luxury passenger train travel. In 2010, Mi-Jack co-owner Mike Lanigan joined one of Indy car racing's most notable organizations with David Letterman known as Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing.
