The idea for the Ametista Treatment Centres has been growing in the hearts of Pieter and Carol-Anne Kemp since 2016. Both founders were affected by the disease of addiction – one battled substance abuse, but found recovery, and the other experienced the devastating effects as a family member. This motivated them to help addicts and their families recover from substance abuse and its effects. The Ametista Treatment Centres NPC (Reg No. 2020/008225/08) was registered in January 2020.Ametista Treatment Centres has a vision to restore the joy of living to everyone affected by addiction – to give each affected person the "Liberation to Live in Liberty".
