Colonial Construction Concrete Precast, LLC. (C3P) is one of the largest single-plant producers of prestressed structural floor and roof systems (hollowcore plank) in the southeastern United States. Up to 40,000 square feet of hollowcore can be produced weekly at our facility in Placida, Florida.
