The Course consists of 2 Phase of both Visual and Auditory lessons covering all aspects of the loan signing business and over 80 of the most common loan documents in a loan package. Documents are all described and marked so that the loan signer comes away with the ability to describe and explain the documents and knows how and where they are to be signed and notarized. All students must pass a 60 question exam with no less than 90% accuracy. The course website contains a wealth of information for continued education. All students have 6 months enrollment and the choice to have a personal mentor.
