Potato production began in the 1940's, and the farm now grows 6,000 acres of table, chipping and seed potatoes in Southern Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Minnesota. Production has also expanded into organic potatoes, onions and hemp seed. The majority of high quality red and yellow tables potatoes are grown on rich, black, sandy-loam soils of the Red River Valley, in Manitoba. Premium, early generation seed potatoes are grown in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
