Buyers can select from either a List View or Map View (Land Estate Blocks for sale are mapped with an overlay on Google Maps) (3 x land estates currently on the site - House plans are currently being entered and will be online shortly).When a block is selected a house plan can be added - and "Moved/Sited" on the block. Easily identifying if a relaxation is required to the building envelope. Buyers can also select different floors if multi-storey plan and "Flip" to ensure best fit. Additional tools also allow to check the sun/shade at different months and times of the day to ensure it meets their perfect living conditions and also reduce their heating/cooling bills (this is also calibrated to the location of the block selected ie Cairns is very different to the sun in Perth).We also have many other goals to ensure our marketplace is the "go to location" for buyers.
