Founded in 1992, our office has been actively involved in the shaping of our South Florida community for over 29 years. Our firm has successfully designed more than 8,000 commissioned residential rental units (built product) and our multifamily experience ranges from waterfront residential condominiums to mixed used affordable housing developments. Project portfolio also includes the Butterfly Garden Exhibit at Fairchild as well as the adjacent Café and Academic/Office Pavilion. We have also assisted in the design of Class A Office buildings and single-family residential developments.
