Always with fresh coffee, possibly some choice patisserie. Sometimes they know exactly what they want and give us an air tight brief (no jokes!) or they have an idea and need our help to fire it (as t'were an arrow) in the direction of their target audiences. It's usually at this point that we strip the idea back to the core marketing and business objectives, just to make sure for everyone's clarity that we know where we're going and why.
