The Yoga Centre follows the teachings of BKS Iyengar – considered one of the world's foremost yoga teachers. The Yoga Centre offers Iyengar yoga classes for students of all levels from complete beginners to more advanced practitioners and teachers. Caroline Coggins is the Director of the Institute and has been practicing and teaching since the early 1980′s. Caroline is directly certified by BKS Iyengar, has a Senior Intermediate 2 certificate, and travels each year to India to study with the Iyengar family. Our teachers Robyn Adler, Suzi Chin, Jacqui Simmonds, Jeanette Nolan, Tobias Robinson, Peta Keaney, Maria Ferreira and Scott Read are all certified Iyengar teachers and have passed through a rigorous process of teacher training. All have a love of yoga and bring a wealth of teaching and personal experience.
