Floe is creating a network of engaging, flexible and creative coworking hubs in previously under utilised space around the North East of England. We are all unique and require different elements to ensure we work at our best. For example, some people love to have music played in the background, where as some find it too distracting. That is why Floe spaces are categories into: Engagement, Focus and Incubation spaces. Engagement spaces have music in the background and encourage collaboration, there are no meeting rooms or private phone booths. Predominating in environments with a well established community.Focus spaces are designed to allow members to access a Flow state, where productivity is at its highest. No music is played, no phone calls are taken and an environment of calm and focus is created. Incubation spaces are the largest in the Floe network.
