SUSD delivers complex, standard setting hospitality projects. Acting variously as developer, architect and project manager, we identify opportunities, introduce funding partners, deliver high-quality value-added design and oversee the construction process. The focus of our work is members clubs, hotels and co-working/co-living hubs, places where business and leisure, activity and reflection, learning and leading happen. Our recent projects include The Curtain, Devonshire Club and The Grotto. We believe that hybrid developments such as these are the way of the future as an unparalleled advance in digital technologies changes the way in which we live and increases our need for new routes to health and wellbeing and social interaction.
