Changzhou Yuma Precision Stamping Co., Ltd. (Yuma Laminations for short), founded in 2007, specializes in custom development of rotor and stator lamination stacks/packs, ranging from 20 to 200 mm in diameter, either in whole or in segmentation. The company covers a land area of 10,000㎡, of which, the construction area is 5,500㎡. Our sales in 2015 attained to USD11 million. At the end of 2015, we were staffed by nearly 96 employees, including 10 engineers. It has imported 17 high-speed lamination stamping presses ranging from 80 to 200 tons in capacity, like KYORI, AIDA, INGYU. Its annual production capacity has reached 1.8 billion strokes of the press. By introduction of Japan Kuroda's tool design and building technology, it has successfully developed, since 2007, tens of multi-tracking progressive stacking tools, realizing automatic staking and rotation (indexing). We've developed motor cores (i.e., rotor and stator lamination stacks) for stepper motors, servo motors and brushless motors, widely applied in automobiles, household appliances, audiovisual and medical equipment, fitness equipment, electric power tools, etc. In the field of motor cores for stepper motors, our market share in mainland China has reached 50%+.
