Members have the freedom to choose between the different types of group training sessions they would like to participate in. They can also choose to utilize our gym space for their own personal workout during our open gym hours. Our facilities provide a comfortable environment where you can maximize your potential and become more confident in your physical abilities.While we use an Functional Movement Screening tool to assess our clients' abilities before creating their personalized fitness program, we aren't like any other Cross Fit gym. We offer our clients so much more of our time and energy. Cross Fit programs usually cause people to compete with others in their groups. The only person you should be competing with is yourself. It's great to push yourself during a workout, but this should be based on your own personal limits, not the person's next to you. Our group sessions offer a healthy support system not a place for stressful competition.
