CO-Happening is founded in Paris 2017. It started off as a simple call out to like-minded peers in exploring the alternatives of what is "invisible to the eyes". Since then we ran over 30 events in cities such as Paris, Berlin & Hong Kong. Later in September 2018, CoHap Lab emerged out of the demands to innovate tools & trainings that enable individuals and organizations to innovate and collaborate better.We bundle forces and knowledge across disciplines and industries in which business strategist, innovation lab facilitators, agile coaches, project managers, story-tellers, artists, and developers work together on being the catalysts of impactful innovation & sustainable change.Within an organisation, we design and execute inspiring stakeholder meetings, leadership workshops, and learning process products to enable different talents & departments have their voices heard and purposes met. As a result, all employees take ownership of their work, interact more dynamically, in ways that enhance trust and authenticity; foster collaboration, and collective intelligence.
