KFE launched The Federal Bar: Gastropub and Music Complex, located in Los Angeles & Long Beach, CA and El Tejano & The Thirsty Merchant Bar / Restaurant in Los Angeles. KFE is also partners with Giant Step Media Marketing, The Connect Group Brand Marketing, Boomtown Brewery, Chris Moore Concerts, Selby Artists Management, and The Talk House web IP. KFE partnered with Spaceland Presents and Arts & Recreation Hospitality (A&R Inc) in LA to launch The Regent Theatre, as well as, A&R Inc to build Arrive Hotel in Palm Springs. KFE is also a partner with Monoblock Presents and Red Light Management on the critically acclaimed music fest, Desert Daze Festival in Southern CA.
