Windsor Commercial is part of the Windsor Companies, a locally owned, family of real estate development and construction groups in the Piedmont Triad. Started in 2000 with an initial focus on residential home building and land development, the company has grown into a pioneer in developing and constructing residential subdivisions and multi-family properties, mixed-use projects, office and medical buildings, retail and industrial projects. Windsor Commercial provides real estate development, brokerage and construction services for office, medical, retail, multi-family and industrial projects. We currently are working on the development of four office projects, one retail project, and two industrial parks. We have been involved with Arbor House, a downtown Greensboro residential condominium project, and the redevelopment of other projects for office, retail and residential uses.
