A rural setting in an urban location, the Center is just five minutes from Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 6 for easy access from any region around Pittsburgh. Woodhaven is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Center with an 18-bed Specialty Care Unit offering a new web-based Wound Care Program. Woodhaven Care Center also features: •A Restorative Program, which offers retraining in daily activities such as ambulation and social dining •An Activities Program, which works to bring each resident to his or her highest level of function •A Social Services Program, which serves the resident as well as family and friends Each resident chooses his or her own attending physician.
