Vibrance has been providing essential support since 1989 and the organisation has evolved tremendously over the last 33 years. The name of Vibrance was chosen after extensive consultations with stakeholders, board members, staff and most importantly, service users as it felt it provided a perfect match to our ethos of enabling people to have real control over their lives.
