Frozen Wellness is a cryo house focused on providing our guests with a high level of service and convenience. The services offered at Frozen Wellness will provide help with workout recovery, pain management, and overall body wellness. We offer whole body and localized cryotherapy to promote healing in an effective 3 minute dosage that far exceeds other cold therapy such as traditional ice baths. The localized cryotherapy equipment is utilized for facials to support enhancing and rejuvenating guests' facial skin. Compression therapy will be provided for workout recovery and improve athletic performance.MissionHelp people improve their lives in a light-hearted space filled with warmth while providing the frozen freshness of cryotherapy services.
