• Lifeworks Consultant • Provide employee assistance services, resource and referrals and consultation via telephone on various EAP and work/life issues to military service members and their families• Conduct a comprehensive professional assessment of the user's need for core Worklife and / or EAP services: childcare, parenting, eldercare, education, general research, legal, financial, emotional well being, addiction disorders, work issues, and add-on services.• Choose appropriate resources, referrals and educational materials. • Demonstrate strong customer focus with all users of the service. • Monitor all research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users. • Conduct follow up and quality assurance on all cases. • Monitors all research, referrals, and additional materials sent to users/customers. • Based on business needs, may be asked to take on special projects as requested.
