PLACES Associates, Inc. was established in 2009 as a Massachusetts Certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). We are a single-source professional services firm, offering complete land planning, landscape architectural design, civil engineering, and surveying necessary to meet the land use, design, and construction support needs of our clients. We do this while navigating the layers of necessary permitting and certifications to bring your project to a successful completion. We tackle the requirements of today's complex sites, offering cost-effective problem-solving and the latest "green" and low impact design techniques, as well as adhering to the fluidity of evolving stormwater regulatory processes. Our experience has led us to being a design team member for an LEED Gold-Certification awarded project. Our client markets range from residential and commercial to industrial, municipal and recreational. We plan, design and engineer solutions from the smallest to the most complex challenges. Our multidisciplinary team includes Registered Professional Engineers, a Registered Landscape Architect, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, Title 5 Certified Soil Evaluators, Title 5 Certified System Inspectors, a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional, Wetland Delineators and other technical support staff. We work regularly with an extensive network of specialized consultants to allow us to offer a complete package of services to address any and all issues that may arise in the land development process.
