New Horizons Adult Day Center's mission is to enhance the quality of life for adults who are physically and/or cognitively challenged by providing compassionate day services. New Horizons Adult Day Center provides health care monitoring, supervision, therapeutic recreation, transportation, and social services to adults who have cognitive and or physical challenges related to traumatic brain injury, stroke and other neurological conditions or progressive diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.New Horizons Adult Day Center is a safe, supportive environment that offers fun activities for participants to stimulate their body, mind and spirit. Our professional staff and trained volunteers offer assistance to: socialize and foster friendships,iImprove and/or maintain physical functioning, create a welcome environment of acceptance, increase leisure activities, go into community for recreational events, promote health and wholeness, do creative and expressive activities, and GIVE CAREGIVERS A BREAK
