Vita House Family Centre was established in 1993. It is a community, not for profit agency governed by a board of directors, and a company limited by guarantee. The aim was to provide a place of welcome for all, where families and individuals would be encouraged and supported to develop their true potential.To achieve this aim, a core service of Psychotherapy and Counselling was put in place. The service is confidential and easy to access, and is delivered by a team of professionally qualified Psychotherapists and Counsellors.It offers a wide range of counselling and therapy services to individuals, couples, families and children. The focus is on supporting relationships, and on the alleviation of personal suffering in times of crisis or change.Vita House also offers a variety of ancillary services to help with health and well-being of people in the community.
