Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJGSU) (www.zjgsu.edu.cn) is located in Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province, which is a beautiful city praised as "Paradise on the earth", a creative and culturally vibrant area. ZJGSU, established in 1911, as the earliest business school in Modern China, has become a comprehensive university covering eight academic areas of social and natural sciences, including Management, Economics, Engineering, Literature, Law, Science, History and Philosophy, and has an outstanding reputation in teaching and research, especially in Business, Administration, Law, Food Sciences and other social sciences. Now ZJSU is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education and the Government of Zhejiang Province and approved as the first 10 of "Universities with Internationalized Characteristics" in Zhejiang Province. The International Business School (IBS), an affiliate college of the Zhejiang Gongshang University, is a platform to attract intellects from home and abroad; a base to cultivate international talents; an institution devoted to high-level research; an entity to seek international collaboration with overseas universities and research institutes on behalf of the University.
