The Solvay Business Game (SBG) is the biggest on-stage case competition in Europe. Created in 2007 by students from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) and still fully organised by a student association, it gathers annually 400 participants from all over Europe and beyond. Our mission is to reveal and develop talents capable of making a difference in our ever-changing business world, now and in the future. ◆ Our Story ◆Starting in 2007 from a first edition which gathered 60 participants, the Solvay Business game grew and developed to become the leading business game in Europe, with 400 students on-site in 2016, selected out of more than 1200 applicants. They represent 25 nationalities and 52 universities.The 2017 edition celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Solvay Business Game. ◆ The Event ◆The 2-days event is organized around 6 challenges, where students are invited to put into practice a very diverse set of skills such as Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Negotiation, Strategy, Eloquence, etc. It is also the perfect opportunity for them to connect with the corporate world.
