Nourish with Sim, is a fitness concept that lies in the simple philosophy of ‘mindful eating'. Mindful Eating or controlled diets include adopting a health/fitness plan that is easy to access and balances all required nutrients. Started by Simrun Chopra who with a sustainable lifestyle approach has inspired and motivated thousands of women. While juggling health, work, home, and children, Simrun used her personal experience of battling PCOS, Depression and endometriosis through diet control, balanced nutritional intake and regular full-body workouts. Along with Fitness Consultant, Sameer Shetty and a team of internationally trained  and certified nutritionists, fitness experts, and trainers, Simrun has designed programs that work with individual concerns. The core team works with each subscriber on their concerns and develop a plan that is feasible that integrates his/her goals and requirements. SIMple sustainable programs have helped over 2000 women from over 25 countries, achieve their weight goals & correct health issues. Stealth, Determination, and dedication are the three pillars to Simrun Chopra's endeavor to make India Fit. As she says 'all you need is 30 minutes in a day to stay fit.'Simrun is keen on building a community focused on lifestyle transformation, a safe space for women to share their stories, a free space to ask for advice and motivate each other as they go ahead.
