At Technology Training & Consulting, INC. (TTC), our focus is assisting organizations with technology transitions through communication and training. Over the past 16 years, the TTC team has worked with numerous organizations that have customized versions of Maximo. For each client, we build a set of custom training program assets such as user desk reference manuals, single page desk guides, role and security based training courses, subject matter expert training classes, eLearning modules, and train-the-trainer workshops - just to name a few! Our grassroots approach to prepare end users for using Maximo for the first time or for a new version has been praised by our clients. We show them, tell them, walk them through hands-on training and even practice with them prior to sending them back out to the field to do it on their own. Our just-in-time eLearning modules are also there to support them in the field, and their well trained subject matter experts are there to support these end users when we are finished with the upgrade or implementation project. Many of our trainers have over 20 years of training experience, individually!
