24/7 Investments is the husband and wife team of Phil and Celie. Our passion for real estate investment began in 2005 with the purchase of our first rental property in Tucson. From there, we moved on to fix and flips, note buying, owner financing, and wholesale opportunities. We've thrived as an investment team due to Celie's experience in acquisitions and property management and Phil's mastery of construction management.
