For 40 years they've been servicing institutions, local mom and pops, large kosher independents, national chain stores and convenience stores as well as seasonal businesses like Passover hotel programs and summer camp kitchen and canteens and anything in between, supplying them with everyday products and specialty items alike. Each day from dawn to dusk Quality's Brooklyn warehouse is a hub of activity; fork lifts, pallet jacks and U-boats all make their way to and from loading docks to receive goods and ship the hundreds of orders procured daily.
