China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) is a state-funded organisation formed by Chinese international project investors, contractors, labour service companies and related service providers. CHINCA has been actively performing its duty of communicating members' appeals, strengthening industry self-discipline and providing professional service since its establishment in 1988, aiming to drive sound development of members and promote rapid and healthy progress of China's international investment and economic cooperation.CHINCA has more than 1 300 members, among which over 1 000 are engaged in international project engineering, contracting and investment, representing about 90% of the whole industry business value, distributing in more than 190 countries and regions. For years, more than 60 members of CHINCA have been listed in ENR Top 250 International Contractors, and several key members are among the Fortune Global 500. CHINCA members have undertaken various projects in the fields of transportation, power and electricity, housing, petrochemical industry, telecommunication, water conservancy, and industrial and manufacturing construction. They have rich experiences in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects, and are actively involved in public–private partnerships (PPP), Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) and other investment projects internationally. CHINCA members are operating in more than 180 countries and regions.
