Change Matrix LLC (CM) is a women-owned, minority-owned, small business that has been certified as a Participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program.At Change Matrix, we recognize that there is great strength in bringing together a wide range of experiences, knowledge, and ideas to creatively and productively meet the needs of children and families. We facilitate complex change processes with a variety of stakeholders, infusing cultural and linguistic competence, youth and family engagement, and program evaluation into all we do.Change Specialists work across all human systems including mental health, health, education, child welfare and juvenile justice. We support work at the community state and federal levels. Our clients include individual leaders, program directors and federal system change initiatives.
