To achieve permanent peace and prosperity in East Asia and to contribute to the cooperation and development of international societies, TLBU trains its students with qualified transnational legal experts, and provides students with opportunities to study abroad to learn international legal systems in Asia, Europe, and the United States. The TLBU Institute in Paris offers field studies for students in International Organizations and European Community Law. Study of European Community Law at European Universities fosters Asian-European exchange and cooperation. TLBU students may elect to study U.S. law through exchange programs, LLM and J.D. programs. Many TLBU graduates have passed bar examinations in the United States and have served to foster greater cooperation between American and Asian society, academics, and business.
