Who We Are:Jaydot is a DC-based organization focused on creating housing solutions for our most vulnerable neighbors, particularly those who have experienced homelessness. Our goal is to help foster strong and vibrant communities. What We Do: We consult on the development and operation of affordable and permanent supportive housing with a focus on projects that will help end homelessness in the Washington, DC area. We believe in and follow the Housing First model, which minimizes barriers to entry for potential residents. Our clients are non-profits, developers, and government agencies committed to creating and operating exceptional affordable housing. Why We Do It: We believe that housing is a human right and homelessness is a solvable problem. Our mission is to create innovative, quality housing solutions that meet the needs of the most vulnerable people. We envision an equitable, human-centered system where housing solutions are readily adapted to fit the needs of all of our neighbors.
