Though the concept of our soups originated in Taiwan, we have since expanded our menu to include international flavors in hopes of introducing our food to a wider audience. Our first location opened in 2004 in Hacienda Heights, California, led by our owner Rick Chou. Since then, we have expanded to 23 restaurant locations operating in 3 countries (US, Canada, and China) with offices situated in Taiwan with a staff of over 1000 employees.
